Fresh, elegant and aromatic, it stands out for its lively acidity and remarkable finesse. The grapes are hand-harvested in the early morning hours, when the cooler temperatures help preserve their aromatic richness. The wine is produced according to the ancestral method, with natural carbonation and a subsequent second fermentation in the bottle, followed by à la volée disgorgement. The sulfites present are naturally occurring and not added; their presence is verified through oenological analysis and declared on the label.
